Great location super close to Wolf Creek Ski Area. Super spacious, quiet, and clean. Hot tub was super clean and perfect after a long ski day. Kitchen pots/pans on their last legs, no oil or basic seasonings, and no coffee provided so keep in mind you need to make a grocery stop and/or bring some supplies from home.

Pros-
You can not beat the location if you are skiing or riding at Wolf Creek. A quick 10 minute drive to the mountain. So much more convent than staying in Pagosa Springs. Plus you are less than 10 minutes from South Fork which has a handful of restaurants and a small grocery store. Finding a stand- alone cabin that can sleep a family of five is really nice. 2 full bathrooms, amazing.
Cons- We are not picky, hard- to- please guests but I will say that the cabin does feel like it needs a good, deep- clean. Additionally it is a fully furnished cabin but only by the barest of minimums. There are no extra blankets, or an iron, or a hair dryer, has very basic dishes, etc. All of the dishes felt just a little bit dirty. The hot tub needed some attention and created a super-thick, sudsy foam when you turned on the bubbles. Like frat house, foam party suds. It was kind of a bummer. We couldn't get the disposal to work and so the sink filled with yucky water ever time we turned on the water in the sink.
Are these deal breakers for a return visit? Probably not for us but a more decerning customer might be dissatisfied. Again, can not reiterate enough the great location, the two full bathrooms and the beautiful mountains surrounding the property!
