Recent Downtown San Antonio guest reviews

Stayed for 2nd weekend of fiesta. Door to one of the guest rooms would not close all the way, had to put a backpack against the door to keep it shut. There were a bunch of wasps nests on the front and back porch. Management was very quick to spray out the nests and the guy left the wasp spray, but more wasps kept coming back. TV/living room has a weird set up too. The tv is basically behind the dining room table in the middle of the living room/dining room area. You had to twist the tv so that you could watch it from the couch/comfy chairs. TV should be in front of couch/chairs so that we’re not twisting our necks to watch tv. AC was also inconsistent, guest room was not as cold as other parts of the house. Beds were kind of hard. Toilet paper was very cheap and rough. Overall a good experience and these issues were minor, but 4 stars because of the wasps and the wasps still returning after maintenance sprayed the nests. Also 4 stars because of the beds and toilet paper.

Maverick’s Pool Paradise was the PERFECT place to stay for my family ! My youngest daughter just graduated from ECU and we surprised her with a trip to San Antonio !!! Their home is beautiful and the pool was a perfect place to be every evening!!! The week flew by, but the memories will stay with me us forever! Everyone we dealt with was super helpful and super friendly!!! This is THE ONE to rent !!! The Glascoe Family
