This was a great stay! The couch needs an upgrade and the tvs as well, but overall will definitely come back again!!!

The condo was wonderful. Clean, smelled fresh, and very well appointed. Shower got hot quick and water pressure was great. Master bed was comfortable. Living room was spacious, sofa was cozy and comfortable. Kitchen was very clean, with everything I needed. Only minor issue was bedroom tv didnt work, and living room tv was slow at times. The tv in the bedroom didn't bother me since I wouldn't usually use it anyway, but it should work. The area was awesome. Topsail Village is a quiet residential community. This area at the west end of 30A is quiet and peaceful. The beach is about a mile away. The 30A bike/walk trail is an easy option and a nice walk. The state park entrance is less than a mile away, and a great place to go with beach access, bike rentals, and plenty of hiking trails around the coastal dunes lakes. There is BBQ restaurant right across the street. Didn't eat there this time but it smelled good! There are plenty of other dining options just a short drive down 30A. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Where is Dune Allen Beach?

Neighboring both Santa Rosa Beach and Blue Mountain Beach to the west, Dune Allen Beach sits along scenic Highway 30-A, a stretch of more than a dozen beach communities along the Panhandle of Northwest Florida. This oceanside area is the westernmost beach on Highway 30-A and is home to coastal dune lakes, trails, upscale shopping plazas, and delicious restaurants.

Things to do in Dune Allen Beach

The pristine beaches of Dune Allen Beach offer fun in the sun for the entire family. The Ed Walline Regional Beach Access area features two picnic shelters and a one-story viewing platform that overlooks the shore, allowing beach-goers to watch for dolphins, other wildlife, sailboats, or just spectacular beach scenes. There are even lifeguards present at this location, offering great peace-of-mind to parents.

In addition to offering beaches, this ideal beach neighborhood has three extremely rare coastal dune lakes. Stallworth Lake, a body of water which, until a little more than 100 years ago, flowed freely from the Choctawhatchee River to the Gulf of Mexico, is one of the coastal dune lakes. The others are Lake Allen and Oyster Lake, which is shaped like an oyster shell and which includes a bridge that perfectly complements the surrounding elegance of the area. At these lakes, visitors can fish, kayak, or simply admire the sheer beauty of the coastal dune lake phenomena.

Nature lovers will enjoy taking advantage of Dune Allen Beach's Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, home to 25-foot dunes, 3.2 miles of beaches, 14 wild plant communities, and an overall 1,640 acres of forests.

Our Dune Allen Beach vacation rentals are also close to trendy plazas such as Gulf Place. Here, shoppers can explore boutiques, check out local artists and their work, grab a bite to eat, and listen to live music as they watch a friendly game of kickball from afar.
