Close proximity to the beaches and downtown Kona for shopping. Very nice retreat/backyard was very tranquil.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Hawaii! The location was perfect—close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and local attractions. The home itself was spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The lanai was a highlight, offering a peaceful spot to relax and take in the breathtaking views. The only downside was that the home could use a deeper clean. We noticed some dust buildup in certain areas, a stained table, and a few food remnants left on dishes. While this didn’t affect our overall experience, a bit more attention to cleanliness would make this property truly exceptional. That said, the host was communicative and responsive, and we still thoroughly enjoyed our time here. With a little extra care in cleaning, this place would easily be a five-star stay!

Unfussy vacation home base. Bring your own coffee and flat bottom filters. Street noise can be blocked w AC fan in “on - low, med or high” position and not in “auto”. The pool area in this complex is a treat. You can sit in a lounge chair, watch the sun set and listen to the waves crash on the rocky shore rt below you. The location is great too. Quick trip to grocery, gas, downtown Kona, and access to the island thoroughfares.
