We love this old house. It’s close to a gym and downtown restaurants. Adding air conditioning was a nice improvement. The backyard is so beautiful and nice to hang out on.

This home is one of a kind! The location is ideal. The views, especially from the hot tub, are stunning and the castle is truly magical. The construction and attention to detail make this place a gem! We will be back!

I recommend this property in Sandpoint. The condo was well appointed, and maintained. The location on the lake, and proximity to downtown were perfect. The staff at Seasons resort is very attentive to the grounds and facilities.

Outdoor activities in Sandpoint, ID

Home to year-round activities, bikers can spend the day out on the Gold Hill Trail, an almost eight-mile biking and hiking trail with stunning views of the lake and the Selkirk Mountains. And if you're feeling ambitious on your two wheels, add the trek as part of a 28-mile loop with the Long Bridge Trail. In the summer, swimmers take the waves, completing The Long Bridge Swim, an open-water 1.76-mile swim.

During the warmer months, Schweitzer Mountain Resort offers over 20 miles of hiking and biking trails through wildflowers and gorgeous alpine vistas - you can even hop on the chairlift if you need a little help getting to the top! By snowfall, the resort attracts skiers from across the globe, as the mountain features terrain parks, night skiing, cat skiing and snowmobiling, a Nordic center and more! Just on the edge of the Couer d'Alene National Forest, a Sandpoint vacation home offers easy access to cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling in the winter.

You'll have access to two golf courses when you stay in one of our Sandpoint vacation rentals - Priest Lake and Sandpoint Elks. Right in town, you can also rent kayaks, ski boats, pontoon boats, and more for an unforgettable day out on Lake Pend Oreille. You can also take a driving tour along the International Selkirk Loop (named "Best of the Roads" by Rand McNally). The full loop includes 280 miles through Idaho, Washington, and Canada, as well as stunning mountain, lake, and river views - even just a small chunk is completely jaw-dropping and inspiring!
