The owners of this condo really out thought into what makes a good experience for renters.
The place was clean, the kitchen was fitted out with all the necessary appliances including a double oven, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee maker and keurig! The washer and dryer were great. The living space was great for cooking and spending time together. We did not use the grill that was available.
The upstairs bedroom has an odd arrangement of a full bed and then twin beds top and tail, and then a twin bunk. The bed space is great - but no space for luggage ( we kept all suitcases and clothes on the first floor) the master bedroom had a great bed and fabulous down pillows! The skylight over the bed had the Big Dipper in view every morning at 6 am!!
The fireplace on the first floor added to both the heat and the ambiance. The couch though not fancy was very comfortable. The tv is a bit older the Apple TV allowed us to stream programs - though the WiFi was not always able to keep up.
The ski in ski out was great and a 5 min walk to the village for night life - it was a bit challenging to find the correct trails to get off the mountain and back to the house - particularly with many trails closed down - if you rent gear from the mountain - they have courtesy gear check overnight.
The village at Schweitzer was fun - had stores for essentials and options for food and apres ski that was great and not crazy crowded.
This was a great condo - really fantastic location on the mountain- and clearly a lot of attention by the owners.
