I really enjoyed the stay. You can see some ocean past the dunes from the balcony. Not exactly ocean front but very close. The walk to the beach is very short. To get there you have to go past a gate and slightly hidden there is a path between the houses taking you straight to the beach. The neighbors were so friendly to show us the access. It might also be time for a small renovation (nothing big) - repairing the two windows and the bottom door handle would be a start.
