We were 8 adults (and 2 dogs), staying in the area for a wedding.
The first thing I noticed when we got to the house was that is was spotless. It also has a warm vibe, not sterile like some vacation rentals can be.
The beds were comfortable. There were lots of little extras: coffee, tea and creamers, condiments, a jar of lollipops on the table, games, a fire pit (full of wood and ready to light - unfortunately we didn't have time to use it).
It is also convenient to the highway and the town of Catskill.
Very happy to have booked our stay here. A great value for the money. Would definitely recommend it the others!

We have stayed at many vacation homes over the years; I must say Christopher's house is probably the most well equipped home we have ever encountered. The amount of utensils, pot, pans, kitchen gadgets, appliances was to behold! What made it even more special was the fact that everything was in its place, neat and orderly. The beauty of an 1830's farmhouse was pristine, from the wide wooden planks throughout to some of the original doors. And of course, the house was modern in every electronic aspect you could expect, as well as the bathrooms and the kitchen.
Christopher was quick to answer a few inquiries we had, not about the house itself, but about the location of the snow sleds so we could use this wonderful hill near the house or about a bakery recommendation. Overall, we very much enjoyed our wonderful, albeit short, stay at this great property.
