Took my teenage daughter for Spring Break. Clean, Safe Location on the beach. Hot tubs at the resort were not hot. Condo was Nice.

There was very easy access to the beach! Upon booking, I was aware there may be a few inconveniences due to some renovations going on. We were never bothered once nor did we see any signs of this going on. Our stay was very pleasant and our condo was very clean!

Great view from the balcony, beds were very comfortable, pillows a little flat. This condo needs some TLC though. Floor wasn't very clean and coffee grounds had been left in the coffee maker and fruit flies flew out when we opened it. No towel hooks, no beach towels. A few sand toys, chairs, and a boogie board in the patio closet. Dryer vent could use a good cleaning, seemed like a fire hazard. Appliances have some wear but are in working order. Vacasa was great to deal with, quick in answering questions. Didn't need anything specifically from them but they checked in throughout the trip.
