Location is walking distance to many of the amenities in Sea Pines - golf, beach, food/shopping. Property appears to be owned by people who use it themselves vs. investment owners which makes a difference. Beds, baths, kitchen all work great with lots of extra touches from either the owner or Vacasa. While it’s on the ninth hole of Atlantic Dunes course you only get a sliver of a view which to us was nice. Neighbors are great and friendly. We stayed two weeks and would rerent this property in a heartbeat.
