Furniture could use updating, garbage disposal does not work and that side of the sink continued to stop up. Water would back up in it without even running water. Coffee pot didn’t work so we had to go and buy a new one. Home itself was beautiful, spacious and a beautiful location. There were plenty of towels in each bathroom as well and it was convenient to have a washer and dryer to keep them clean. However, it states that you will have two parking passes but we were unable to park in the parking lot due to not enough spaces for the units. They were always taken. Which was a huge issue and inconvenience for us due to having an infant and someone who was with us with disabilities.

Beach access, indoor/outdoor pool. Access to Walmart market and close by restaurants. Enclave work on parking … must compete with nearby properties. Overall - Great time there
