This was a great condo to stay in. Having bunkbeds and a queen bed in the secon bedroom was very helpful for our kids and provided additional space. The kitchen was great and well appointed and the master bedroom was large with a very comfortable mattress.
The bus stop to Vail is just down the parking lot which was very easy to access and use.
You can tell the homeowners take pride in their place.

Get this place for the ski lockers if nothing else. They are a short walk from gondola 1 and the building is warm and has bathrooms and I think coffee. You need a code to get in so it’s kind of private (to the 100 or so people with lockers) There is plenty of space for boots, skis, clothing, and there are hanging organizers to store whatever small things you may need (snacks, hand warmers, extra gloves, etc). The managers were very responsive. Unfortunately we had a noise problem from rude neighbors on NYE and even though there was nothing the managers could do, they responded to us several times about it. Also when the managers learned that the cleaning staff had missed a few items, they kindly offered compensation. (Overall the place looked clean except 2 small areas that they missed). The condo itself was as expected. Note that the bunk bed ladder is not attached and the top bunk rail is only maybe 3 inches above the mattress so if you have rowdy or young kids, it would not be safe for them or the tv in the room. It was fine for our middle schoolers. Finally it was an easy walk to the bus to get into town. Be sure to look at the full bus map as the closest stop is not the fastest option for getting into the village but is where you should get off when returning from the village. If your kids like to go sledding, there is a nice hill by the parking - take your own sleds the condo did not provide any.
