Sammy is a great host he goes above and beyond what you would expect anyone would do. The place is clean and being approved upon every day since the new management took over. We were there for 7 days and will be back.
Absolutely love this place we'll go back there! People are wonderful and very pet friendly. Great coffee and waffles
Our unit was very clean. It is small but worked for us since we were never there but to sleep. The breakfast vouchers to go somewhere else for breakfast on the weekends were very nice. The pool is not heated and the weather was cooler then expected, so we were not able to use the pool.
Place was small but comfortable. A bedroom and bathroom. Located just outside the door was table and chairs around the pool. Nice continental breakfast. Although small; the pool was very nice to sit down and cool off. Just a short walk to Duvall Street where all the sights and activities are happening. Will stay there again.
We had a private bathroom which was nice. The pool is small but private and refreshing. We really appreciated the Breakfast coupons for 3 mornings. My only Complaint is Housekeeping. We were there 3 days with No new towels nor bed sheets. I had to call but no response. So, I hunted the housekeeper down and made my own bed. Other than that, the stay was very nice. I do recommend you light up the walk way, it's super dark someone might get hurt.
Housekeeping comes and does a linen change after every third night of a reservation. We have recently implemented putting extra linens in the rooms and with the innkeeper in case guests need a change more often. Thank you!
Great place to stay, staff very helpful! Will come again.
So quaint, quiet, private, clean and close to everything. Travis was a lovely host. Only two blocks from Duval Street and only a few blocks from Mallory Square. Loved this place and will definitely go back if we ever visit the Keys again. Highly recommend!
We we’re walking down the street, with luggage, waiting til check in time. A passerby pointed out the historic water district was 1.5 blocks down from the unit. We went to the Conch Republic(?) and enjoyed great appetizers, beer, marina views, and manatees dockside. The unit is small but has all you need. Loved the weekend breakfasts at Harry’s that was compensated by the Gecko Grotto! Shopping at the local shops was dangerous monetarily! Few short blocks to walk to Duval and bars. Pool was great as it was steps from our door! Highly recommend and want to go back!!
Great shower room is good for the price paid. Pool could be cleaner.
Comfortable bed, great location! Affordable price for Key West!
Quiet, off the beaten path but close to everything. Would highly recommend this place.
Clean room; air conditioned; good breakfast; fantastic location.
Garden House is located in the heart of Old Key West, within walkable distance to most attractions, including Duval Street, Mallory Square and the waterfront. This is a small property, built around a small pool and patio area, which lends itself well to socializing with other guests if you wish. The Gecko Grotto room is cozy but has everything you need, including a nicely updated private bathroom, TV, small refrigerator, and microwave oven. Our room was very clean and the housekeeper, Ana, was pleasant and always eager to please, including providing fresh towels. The property itself could use some fresh paint and updating, but the on-site manager, Chuck, was personable and attentive. We especially loved the complimentary breakfast coupons to Harpoon Harry’s Restaurant, located just a short walk away. Garden House provides them on days when they don’t serve breakfast on-site. Overall, we had a great stay at Garden House.
Just what we needed for a weekend away. Clean room within walking distance to all things Key West. Easy check in/check out with the door code.
I loved this space because it was SO CLOSE to all the action! Everything is within walking distance and I loved being able to park in the church lot next door. This was a wonderful add-on convenience.
The place is conveniently located to all of the points of interest in the historic district. Just park your car and walk.
The Garden House is a great location! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. There is a coffee house around the corner and Mallory Square just a few blocks. We stayed in the Gecko Grotto. It was perfect for our one night stay, nothing fancy but the bed was comfortable. We did use the hot tub pool which could have been a little warmer but overall we had an enjoyable stay and would stay again!
Everything was just as advertised would recommend to anyone looking for a good lacation close to everything
Clean, well managed and close to everything.
we loved everything. great job and property
Cozy and comfortable accommodations just in the right part of Key West🤗🤗. We took the Key West Express down from Fort Myers and this lovely, quaint B&B was an easy walk down from the terminal. A couple of blocks from Mallory Park! What more could you ask for??? It’s all about location, location, locations ( also very, very, very clean)🤗🤗🤗
Great location but that’s the only great thing about this place!
