Vacasa is a very well run company, every detail was thought out.
The house itself was very nice spacious new rustic interior, great views. Well located to take advantage of all MOAB activities
Very convenient and quiet location! Nice 3 bedroom that had everything we needed.
Quiet, comfortable, super clean. We enjoyed watching the sun set from the hot tub while surrounded by the smell of the property's honey suckle. There is a well appointed and spacious kitchen and just-right sized dining area. Front and back porches allowed outdoor dining in shade during most times of day.
The clincher for me was the parking area as we bring all our off road toys. The girls were about plenty of clean fresh beds and showers.
We stayed here for a week with 3 dogs and 5 people. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The house is on a large lot and there was plenty of room for our 2 enclosed trailers. The house is kind of out town so there is very little traffic which made having dogs very easy. The attached studio apartment was continuously occupied but you can not hear them at all. Over all a very nice place to stay. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is that there is some maintenance issues that need to be taken care of like windows which will not stay open and the washing machine does not work well. I would stay here again when I return to Moab.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Curt! The wooden bed frame does have legs that were designed at a slant, and we are sorry to see this caused problems for you. We have taken care of the cable box so it works more efficiently with the remote, we have reminded housekeeping to leave blankets for the sofa bed, and the garden pool repairs have been completed. We hope to see you again!
The house was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed.
The location was in a good area for what we were there for. The condo was in great condition and very clean. It could of used bunk beds instead of Queens beds for our needs. Good hot water and heating system. Plenty of Room for big outfits to park without dropping trailors
Was very nice for 10 people. We will be using Vacasa condo's in our future ATV rides
Great, cozy little house. Good location and quiet. Needs better lighting on the back porch. Couldn’t see to use the BBQ after dark with lights that are there.
It is a very cosy and quiet house with a beautiful mountain view. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Nothing was missing. Highly recommend!

Very clean house and quiet neighborhood. Lots of room for parking and staging of vehicles and trailers if your there with friends to go offroading.
Hot tub was nice, so was outside patios
Great place to spend a few days in the Moab area. not far from town, the house if comfortable, with everything you could want and a great view. would stay there again for sure.
My family and I had a very nice stay. Even tho it's a few miles out of town, the neighborhood was quiet and we never heard a sound from the people a staying in the attached rented space. Plenty of parking and we all took full advantage of the hot tub and the grill. I'd highly recommend this home for your vacation.
Awesome porches and lots of parking
We felt very comfortable here. It is off the beaten path and the stars out here are AMAZING!
I love that it is a house with regular bedrooms, bathrooms, and a kitchen. It certainly made our stay effortless and comfortable. Thank you
