Loved the cleanliness! Close to grocery stores and Walmart, Hospital, restaurants. Loved the movies by the pool, lazy river, volleyball! Beds are very comfortable!

Overall this home is a nice place for the cost. The home was fairly clean but could probably use a good "deep cleaning" in the bathrooms and bedrooms. VACASA provided a good amount of towels for our family of four. Not sure if it would be enough for larger families but it worked for us. The resort is great for families with the pool, hot tub, lazy river and other activities but be aware that you have to pay a daily resort fee of $16 and if you want towels, you have to put a $10/towel down-payment but you get that back when you return the towel cards. We found some of the workers at the resort to be kind of rude but that's not VACASA's fault. I do have a few suggestions for VACASA to make the customer experience better:

1. Provide more consumables. VACASA provides a "starter kit" of items like laundry detergent, trash bags, toilet paper and dish shop. We were only given two trash can liners and when I called VACASA and asked if they could drop off more, they said it was my responsibility to provide additional trash liners, toilet paper, etc. That's not something I've experienced at other rental properties. I would suggest VACASA change their policy and provide these types of items even if you have to slightly raise the price by $15-20.

2. Leave leftover condiments and spices for future renters.
There was nothing as far as condiments or spices in the kitchen. I understand we should purchase our own food but this is the first rental that I had to buy things like salt and pepper. I think things like that could be left in the rental for future renters.

Nice place with everything we needed. Tall and clean rooms. No place to eat outside. No propane BBQ. Special fees to access the site not included (15$ / day). Beautiful pools.

The house was very clean and spacious. I also enjoyed all the amenities at Regal Palms, especially the pool and lazy river.

The townhome was clean and comfortable. My only complaints is that the blinds were missing in the living room and there weren’t any garbage bags for trash.
