Mountainview condo w/ shared pool, just minutes from Dillon attractions

A bit rustic, a lot cozy. Relax in this spacious, homey condo; a quiet end unit with a private balcony, gas fireplace and tons of natural light.

Start the day quietly with a cup of joe sitting outside on the 2nd floor balcony mesmerised by the shimmery blue water of breathtaking Lake Dillon. Kids can enjoy a spirited game of kickball in the adjoining open space followed by a picnic lunch. End the day preparing dinner in a fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances and finish it off with a glass of wine in front of the glowing fireplace.

This mountain chic 1200 square foot condo has two bedrooms (queen beds), sleeper sofa, and two baths. It’s a stone’s throw from glistening Lake Dillon with majestic incomparable views of Summit County’s Ten Mile Range. You’re within minutes of five ski areas, with hiking and biking trails right out your front door...and water sports moments away.

After a cold day of skiing, enjoy the hot tub in the nearby clubhouse or take advantage of the heated swimming pool and sauna. Don’t feel like cooking...visit one of the many fine restaurants in Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco or Vail. And who doesn’t like to shop? Walk through the outlet mall in Silverthorne where you can find just about anything or visit the quaint boutiques in Frisco and Breckenridge. During the winter months, enjoy skiing, snowboarding, powder surfing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing. Take the shuttle across the street for a 10 min trip to Keystone ski area or drive 15 minutes to A Basin or Copper, both offering free parking. Breckenridge and Vail are a short 30 min drive. Snowshoe or cross country ski at the Keystone or Frisco Nordic Center or trek through your neighborhood trails. Participate in or watch the snowkiting on Lake Dillon; try a bit of ice fishing. The old mining town of Leadville (40 min away) offers their spectacular skijoring in early March, popular since 1949--horses and riders pulling skiers at fast speeds over jumps and obstacles making for plenty of thrills and spills.

Summer activities abound. Enjoy a short hike on paved trails up and around Lake Dillon to the famous Tiki Bar for a cold drink or a longer hike into Dillon over the Oro Grande trail behind the Corinthian Hills neighborhood. Summer concerts are held every weekend at the newly remodeled Dillon amphitheatre; most are free. Walk through the many festivals and farmers’ markets. Favorite festivals are the beer, wine, bacon and mac-n-cheese festivals held in Keystone and Copper Mountain. Try yoga on a paddleboard, boating, fishing, kayaking, tennis, or golf. Whether summer or winter, adults or children, you will never lack for a variety of activities in Summit County.

This condo was so comfortable! The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed for cooking in. Vacasa took excellent care of us on a few minor glitches! This location with a stunning view is convenient to Breckinridge, Silverthorne, Frisco, and Dillon, and just enough out of the way to be free from the rush.

The place is delightfuly located across from a the dillon reseviour - so the views are great!

The 2 bedroom is very spacious, large couch area around the fire place. Great dining room table (or office desk, depending on your needs)

Seating at the kitchen island, plenty of space in the kitchen!

Great 2 page directions when you arrive - all the things you need!

The house was cute, cozy, and well-equipped. Parking was very easy. The location was great (10-15 min. to A-Basin and Keystone, 25-min to Breckenridge, 35-min to Vail, and 50-min to Beaver Creek). I love that it was dog-friendly; we didn't bring out pup this time, but next time we definitely will. The house had a great layout for a group. Check-in and check-out were easy.

I came up with 3 friends for a quick 3 day ski trip. Great place to stay for what we needed. Full kitchen with dishes, table, multiple couches, gas fire place, smart TV, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. I will definitely stay here again.

This place is all about location! The views are stunning, and you are just across the street from the Lake Dillon trails. Home was cozy. Kitchen is nice and modern; bathrooms are pretty dated and have some quirks - upside down handles, switches that didn't work as expected - but functional. The beds were far more comfortable than you normally get at a rental. Pool and hot tub are not exactly on site - you have to walk or drive a few blocks to get to them. The most impressive part, for us, was the property manager. We had a hot water issue (no one's fault, just one of those things) and Vacasa was SUPER responsive. It was Labor Day weekend, and they had their manager, Craig, on site, trouble shooting through the weekend to get it handled. He was very courteous, genuinely concerned and made every effort to make things right for us.
