What a super lovely property! Our family of nine had more than enough room for everyone with lots of spaces to enjoy -- both inside & out. This home is furnished nicely, a beautiful floorplan, great kitchen, good bedroom & bath layouts, decks & patios. It is a dream come true.
Loved the house and the location. We needed fans and they were very responsive in buying a few and bringing them over. Each room really needs a standing fan and overhead fan. With the fans we did not need AC. I provided feedback to vacasa before we left so others coming in would not have the issues we had because we had a few small things. The one major one for us was that the inside refrigerator broke before our arrival but we were not notified and we went to Costco so we had a lot of food that we had to pack into the garage refrigerator. They are replacing the refrigerator but it just made our stay more challenging as you had to walk to garage to get anything. I’m confident they will fix these items as they were very responsive.

This property was absolutely breathtaking! The views from the balconies and rooms are picturesque. There are several beaches within a short driving distance. Queen's Bath is a walk (and hike once you get there so have proper shoes to hike) and is a must-see! We did not get in, as we were told it was very dangerous but it's a magnificent site. The neighborhood is charming and quiet. If you want to party, this is probably not the place for you because things get quiet early. There's a store within a 5-minute drive. It's pretty pricy (you can get a card where you get "discounted" rates). I'd recommend stocking up at Costco or Safeway on the way but the store is convenient if you need something and don't want to drive far to get it. The property is far north, so if you want to do a lot of things on the south or west side of the island, you will be driving over an hour to get there. The drives are so beautiful that it doesn't seem that long. If you're debating on getting a car, I'd definitely recommend it. Unless you're planning on staying on the North side and not going many places. There are a few places that you can walk to. We walked to a restaurant/bar. Happy Talk Lounge. The food was average but the views were AMAZING!!!!
There is a bathroom connected to every room (except the kids' room) but there's a guest bathroom with a shower, so 4 total bathrooms/showers in all. They had plenty of towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. for the beach. The kitchen had all the necessities. Prepare yourself that there's not an air conditioner (but that seems the case with many properties in Kauai). If we get to come back, we will definitely stay at this property again! Kauai was paradise and this property was part of that paradise.

Everything was provided, clean & comfy. Lots of room for our family of 10. The little ones had lots of room, inside & out, to run around & play. Stunning views. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again. Loved, loved, loved it!!! Thank you!

Our most recent stay was just perfect. The home was beautiful, clean, spacious, and airy. Perfect size to accommodate our large group. All amenities were available and even beach gear for adults and kids alike. The kitchen was beautiful and perfect to feed our hungry bunch after our island adventures everyday. Location is in a quite and quaint neighborhood in beautiful Princeville. Would definitely stay here again!

The home was in a beautiful location. After long days at the beach and hiking in the mountains, it felt wonderful to come back to such a clean and comfortable home. We used the grill and it work great. The freezer made plenty of ice. We were able to use the beach gear (chairs, umbrella, fins & boogie boards, along with the sand castle stuff). Our family of 8 fit perfectly.

This is a fantastic home in beautiful Princeville. Kauai is our favorite island and we were able to share it with our adult children and 3 grandkids. It was their first trip to Hawaii and all of them said it was the best vacation ever. That coming from one of them who has kayaked in Thailand and has been fly fishing in Costa Rica, speaks volumes. Do not pass on this house!

The house was beautiful and fit our group perfectly. They had lots of swim towels for us and beach toys to enjoy and the beds were very comfortable. Great location with great views!

Loved this place. Beautiful, comfy and great spot on the gold course. Just be sure to keep your eyes open for the hidden spice rack in the kitchen (skinny verticle cupboard near the second sink).

Floor plan is great for 2 families to comfortably stay. Most amenities of home, plenty of hot water and bathrooms for the post surf or hike night out. Excellent!!

Light and airy, we liked the fact that all three family members had a bedroom with bathroom en suite. The house was clean and comfortable

This house easily fit our party of 10 with room to spare. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook family meals. There were a few issues with the house like a broken TV and malfunctioning refrigerator and the property manager Danny was super responsive and went above and beyond to get the issues resolved as quickly as possible. We loved our stay here and will definitely return in the future.

This home was as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. It’s located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in Princeville. The home is clean, well built, private, and very spacious. There is plenty of room and we never felt like we were all on each other. I like that the bedrooms were well separated so everyone had privacy. There were a couple of things that concerned me before we got there. The entire backend of the house is mostly glass and I worried people could see in, and there is no A/C so I worried about it getting too hot (even with leaving the windows open). Neither ended up being a problem. The hedges and trees around the house blocked anyone from looking in. Golfers were never so close it affected us and were gone by early evening. We left all the windows and sliding doors open (all of them had screens) and did get a really good breeze that kept most of the house cool except the front downstair’s bedroom. There were ceiling fans in every room and fans provided. It worked but we were there in Oct. Not sure how that would be in the summer. There was a garage to park the rental car (which you’ll definitely need) and a well stocked kitchen. We cooked and had most of our meals there. Everyone in the group was very happy with the house and we all would stay there again.
