This rental was very true to the photos and description. The space was clean, well organized and comfortable for three adults. My sister and her family live in San Clemente and were able to join us for dinner comfortably as well (6 adults total as this was all that is allowed in the unit). As others have mentioned the neighbors upstairs, perhaps to no fault of their own, can be heard walking around. The proximity to Del Mar and the Beach are amazing... we could walk to great food, drinks, shopping, the pier and the beach. Working with Vacasa was exceptional - I highly recommend this rental and we will absolutely stay here again in the future.

Our place was centrally locates to Pier and Del Mar shopping!! All within walking distance. Lovely space with all the necessary equipment. Parking was in a driveway/garage. Very nice!!!

The location of this condo was perfect for our needs. It was close enough to the Pacific for us to walk down to and then up from the pier. It was also one block away from Avenida Del Mar, the "downtown" shopping and restaurant district. Plus, the condo itself is beautifully done. The kitchen, the floors, the bathrooms are all very nice.
Now, about the neighbors upstairs, not much you can do when it's rented to a group of people who walk around as though they have steel boots on and who tend to forget there maybe neighbors downstairs. This group was very loud!
The other issue was the two mattresses. WOW...we ended sleeping on the sectional in the living room, because the mattresses were so uncomfortable. And, since we rented a two-bedroom and never really used the bedroom beyond the first two nights of a seven night stay, I am unable to give the place 5-stars.
If you love to be close to the action and don't mind IKEA (my opinion) furniture, then by all means rent this condo and have a blast!

The condo was neat, clean, bright, and open, making it feel spacious. Well appointed with nice new and quality items. Very comfortable and like the contemporary style. We love the area, close to downtown and family. The amenities were very good. We enjoy staying at Casa Granada and will come back. We also like the efficiency of the Beach Vacation Rentals staff.

We loved how there was everything we needed like dishes/cookware, blankets, pack 'n play, board games, extra towels etc. Also, the home was beautiful and so welcoming. The area was amazing! So close to the beach and the neighborhood was lovely and felt so safe. We loved that there were multiple washers and dryers and also the shower outside to wash ourselves off after a day at the beach. Thank you for providing such an amazing experience for our vacation! It was seriously everything we hoped for and met our expectations. We will absolutely be booking with you again and we look forward to it!
