The location. Was beautiful
Alyxandra R. | Aug 2026
We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. We arrived a little early and were greeted by the property manager, who was finishing a final walkthrough. He was very friendly and told us to call if we needed anything. While we waited, we relaxed at the outdoor table and chairs, which was a nice touch. When we entered, the place looked exactly like the photos. It was clean, well-maintained, and had a lovely private patio. The couch was incredibly comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a portable air conditioner (the kind that vents through the window). It was very hot during our stay, and it kept the place cool and made our stay much more comfortable. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and my friends said the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable as well. The bathroom was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for all of our toiletries and belongings. As we were unpacking, we noticed one of the closet doors had come off its track and a piece of trim was loose. I texted the contact number that was provided, and they responded right away. The issue was fixed the very next day, which we really appreciated. Their quick response showed they genuinely care about maintaining the property. The kitchen was clean and stocked with the basics, including a clean refrigerator and microwave. One thing to note: it has a traditional drip coffee maker, not a Keurig. That wasn’t an issue for us because we enjoyed walking to the nearby cafés each morning. The location is fantastic. You can easily walk to downtown San Clemente and the beach. Just be prepared for some hills, they definitely give you a bit of a workout! The only challenge is parking. Once you find a spot, I recommend leaving your car there for the rest of your stay. If you’re heading downtown for dinner or a night out, especially if you’re wearing heels, taking an Uber is much easier. It cost us about $15 round trip and was well worth it. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting San Clemente. It was clean, comfortable, well-managed, and in a great location. We’d happily stay here again!

We had a great stay in San Clemente. The house was clean and nicely finished and maintained. Our only problem was ants. They were everywhere we didn’t notice them at first but by the last few days they were everywhere in every room. We bought raid but they still came back. We spent a lot of time washing them out of our clothes. Other then the ants it was fine.
