We have never stayed in one of these so maybe my standards are a little high. BUT it was a super goregous place. Full stocked of everything you could need. LOTS of movies and a few games. Although the jacuzzi bath tub wasn't quiet what we expected. The jets didn't work and sand came out of the faucet. The hot tub was locked when we got there and we were super bummed because thats one of the reasons we liked the place so much. We didn't realize that the key for it was ON the key ring that they give you. All around though was a beautiful and relaxing spot.
Manager response:
Hi, Alexis! We are glad you found the home relaxing. We have scheduled a service for the jacuzzi and apologize for any confusion with the hot tub. Thank you for staying with us!

We loved spending a weekend getaway in this home. There was plenty of room for 13 people and a pooch, and lots of windows for looking out at sea. The beautiful, quiet neighborhood added to the relaxing atmosphere. The house is well kept, stocked, and well furnished. The only slight issue was the need for our group to carpool. The garage allows just enough space for 2 cars, and they must be parked in it overnight per HOA rules. Overall, it is a wonderful place, and we would definately stay there again!

I would definitely stay here again. Great for a large group. House is spread out which is nice if you want a break from folks. :) Super clean and beautiful views.

The home was super beautiful, nice and clean. The view to the beach is just wonderful, especially at sunset (unfortunately another house blocks the sun but the sky is still pretty). The hot tub was clean and very hot. The only weird thing is the layout of the house, kind of like a maze but not an issue. We used the kitchen quite a bit, would recommend planning meals together with a big group because we did breakfast separate and we were all on top of each other.

This house is lovely and has great views. There is a nice walking path down to the beach. If you are planning on having up to 13 people (which the house can hold max) then plan on having only 3 vehicles otherwise you will have the neighbors calling the HOA to complain that you have cars parked in the driveway. The water situation is also difficult, due to the nature of the septic tank in this house, you can only use a limited amount of water a day (it drains about 10 gallons an hour). With a full house of people we had to avoid showering and flushing toilets so an alarm wouldn't go off and cause us an $1100 fine. Unfortunately, this place is gorgeous, great for families but not in an area that is conducive to a relaxing weekend.
