Loved the cabin. We will definitely go back. 2 suggestions that I have. 1. The curtains are white and they allow all the sun light in which makes it very difficult for sleeping in in the morning time. 2. There needs to be a place to deposit trash or a big trash can on back porch with a locking lid. We had trash from cooking that needed to go out from dinner but nowhere to place that was safe from critters. Over all great experience.

Cabin IS connected to another (it’s a duplex) but it’s super clean, well appointed and comfy! Gorgeous scenery and everything worked perfectly!!

Cabin was beautiful and immaculate. Hot tub was clean but was not warm on the first night. It got up to temp on the morning of the second day. Bring your own firewood and bring your own 1lb propane canister in case the property does not have a full one on the grill - luckily the convenience store down the street had a couple for purchase and property management brought us extra the next day. Cabin does share a wall and you can hear people walking on the other side - FYI.

This nice cabin is tucked away just a short drive from Fredericksburg. It’s clean, well decorated, and spacious...with a clean and fully functioning hot tub. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, but not being able to pick up cell service in the area made being away from kids a bit worrisome. The only real complaint we had was the AC/Heat. Although the thermostat was set to cool, the machine ran all night on heat and would also cut itself on and off at odd times.
Thank you for your feedback, Jordan. We are sorry for the inconvenience that you experienced with the AC/Heat. We will bring your comments to the local staff and have them addressed. We ask that our guests call into our Guest Service Agents during their stay so we can address it as quickly as possible. We hope to host you again very soon.

Cabin was exactly as described! Perfect place to go to getaway from the city, but close enough to Fredericksburg.

Not looking for a duplex type arrangement, but it was spectacular and new. String lights on the porch are a little too bright, but a move in the right direction. REMOTE!!!

If you want to get away from city life this is the place for you. It’s so serene and a lovely get away from the hustle and bustle of town. If you’re using google maps it’ll say you’ve arrived but there’s nothing there. You’ll have to drive another mile or so. Waze had the same issue, just follow the blue signs on either side of the road and they’ll guide you towards the cabins. I think it was about 3- 1/4 miles total after you turn onto Keese. The cabin was amazing and just so beautiful, wish I could spend a few more days out there. The cabin was so clean and just cozy. Love there was no internet; it gave us time to just enjoy each other’s company and relax.

Went up for a one night getaway and this cabin was perfect for that. Very quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view. The inside of the cabin is very nice with anything you could need for a 1-2 night stay (bring your own corkscrew though). Loved it!

Mesquite Ridge was the perfect place for our anniversary getaway. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned for the weekend. Check in/out was very easy. The bed was also very comfortable! Evening views and privacy were what we expected, especially when knowing there is an adjacent cabin.
