This camp is located directly across the street from the ocean, so the location couldn’t have been better. The street was quiet (at this time of year), and was part of a loop that we walked daily. The dwelling was adequate, but for mid-November, was a disappointment given that we discovered upon arrival that the fireplace was inoperable and there was one blanket for all beds (they each had only sheets and a thin bedspread).

The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and clean. The beds were firm but comfortable. There were games like Yahtzee and cards, a radio/CD/cassette player, and a small tv. The internet was high speed and there was cable TV.

This camp is not for the big, tall, or mobility challenged. There is a very narrow and steep spiral staircase, narrow nooks and crannies, and a very steep driveway.

Overall, we felt this place was overpriced for mid-November, and lacked the necessities a mid-november stay requires.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Tara. We apologize for any trouble with the fireplace, and we appreciate you allowing us to refund you for the inconvenience. We are happy to report that the fireplace is now functional, and we’ve added extra blankets. We hope to have the opportunity to impress you in the future!

had an amazing time. the views and sunrises alone make it worth it.

Great view but not good for 2 couples especially at this price point. 2nd bedroom is super tiny and upstairs room has no privacy from other bedroom. Master bedroom is nice but other couple will feel a bit cheated for the money.

Our family loved staying in this home on the ocean. It is not fancy, but clean and full of books and games to play. You could hear the waves all day and night and it was a great neighborhood for exploring rocky beaches. Highly recommend.
