When you're not walking across the road to the beach or relaxing on the wrap-around porches, you'll be treated to such thoughtful amenities as an in-home elevator, a flatscreen TV and DVD player in each of the nine bedrooms (with a library of more than 250 DVDs), a karaoke machine, and a playground with a swing set in the backyard.

What’s nearby:
This home is located directly across the street from a public beach access point, allowing you to easily spend your days swimming and sunbathing. Just a mile north is the Isle of Palms Marina, where you can rent boats, kayaks, and jet skis, or take the family parasailing for an afternoon of adventure. The local grocery store and the downtown area of Isle of Palms are just over a mile west, where you'll find great restaurants, live music, and beach volleyball competitions.

House needs updating; new tv’s and more seating in living area

Enjoyed the house - it matched our family needs very well. Lots to do in the surrounding area. Did not give a '10' because the house showed some wear and tear and it (the house) was not as clean as we would have liked.

House was very good, however need upgrade in some areas. Kitchen had no hot pads and some pans need replacing. Some of the shower curtains had mildew on the liners.

House showing signs of wear and tear. WiFi for house was so WEAK that we were hardly ever able to use it. Personally I was never able to use it. Reported it and maintenance said it was an old router and needed a more powerful one - probably needs better internet speed.

House was great but our main charleston party was cancelled because the grill/stove could not be fixed. We didn’t want to cook fish in house and that was disappointing. TV remotes had bad batteries and bathroom lock was broken in kitchen area

Some kitchen inconveniences kept it from being at 10. Dishwasher did not roll on the bottom drawer no mixing bowls to bake with and the stove took a long time to heat water to boil to cook potatoes or mac & cheese or morning tea. The outlets on the pool level did not work therefore did not allow us to grill or seafood that we had bought to experience a wonderful southern cooking that was a big disappointment we had to adapt to the kitchen which was not prepared for grilling indoors. Many of the lights did not work upstairs on the deck area

The house was terrific but they were some issues. Many high bulbs out, wine cooler wasn't cooling, ice maker not making ice, some hair dryers not working
