Everything went very well. The property was exactly as expected. It was simple to check in and out. I sent an e-mail a few weeks prior to our arrival to ask a few questions, but got no reply. That would be my only issue.

We love both Seabrook and Kiawah and have vacationed for years at both. unfortunately, we had issues with the elevator,which we needed for mobility issues, not having garage door code was very inconvienient again due to mobility issues and the beach in front of our unit developed severe erosion during our stay.

The second shower was very small and had some mold on the bottom of the door. The tv in the second bedroom was not connected to a cable box.

We love Seabrook Island And our ocean front view was amazing. However, the rental property is a bit “tired”. When we arrived on Saturday housekeeping left us with no towels in the entire 4 bedroom home. 6 calls and 8 hours later towels finally arrived close to midnight. It was a huge inconvenience. The doors in all the rooms and bathrooms had issues....some didn’t close fully (first floor bedroom), wouldn’t lock, scraped the tiling it wouldn’t fully open. I called maintenance about it on Sunday and was told someone would come take a look. No one ever did. The steps leading to the front door are loose and are a hazard.....these are just some examples of “tired”.....

The duplex is stunning, a perfect location/view, the rooms were very clean and polished, (especially the wood floors cleaned) and the new rugs were a wonderful addition. The TV did not work for 3 days, but I believe Comcast had a problem in the area. This was my 3rd visit to 3804 SIR during the month of February. Thank you for everything you did to make another wonderful time!

The villa (S457 Golf Shores) was very good and all that we expected! We stayed in same villa in October 2016 and returning on 22 May 2017 was like 'coming home'! Quiet and peaceful describes our memories of our time at Seabrook!

We stayed at 4004 Bridle Trail, SeaBrook Island. There was a power outage on the island. Our vacation house only had 1 flashlight and the batteries did not work. Luckily, my husband was in Charleston and was able to pick up a number of flashlights. This home was very large with 2 stories, clearly 1 flashlight was not sufficient. Nor was there any blast email sent to your renters regarding this situation. My husband did talk to Bethany at the Freshfield's office and she apologized on behalf of Wydham and provided us with a 10% refund. She did an excellen job in trying to remedy the situation. However, Wydham should be more attentive to emergency issues by including more flashlights and email communication. SC is prone to storms so emergencies will happen.

We arrived early and did a pre check in. We received a call about an hour later saying our unit was ready. This was two hours before 4 pm check in time. We were very happy because ut was pouring rain. Had no trouble with the unit. It was very nice and very clean. There were a few bugs but that is to be expected. Left the jeys in the bix outside on departure.
