The furnished deck, sitting right on the water, is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the beauty that surrounds you with a favorite cocktail or morning cup of coffee. Bring the dog along too, as this retreat is surrounded by trees and foliage perfect for roaming! When the day comes to a close, watch the sky change colors as you soak in the private hot tub perched amongst the trees! There is no need to eat out or order in here, as the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up favorite recipes. On warmer days, a private gas grill is also available for cooking outdoors while everyone enjoys the dock.

Steps away, you can take advantage of the private dock for swimming, kayaking, and boating. A half a mile away, Gold Hill Trailhead offers hiking and biking with amazing views along the way (with the best views at the top). You can boat or drive to Bottle Bay Resort, four miles south, for dinner and a drink out on the deck and gazing out over the water. For a bit of urban fun, head into Sagle or Sandpoint and try out the local restaurants after meandering around the charming streets and shops!

Parking Notes: The driveway passes through an easement. The driveway is steep and narrow. There is room for three cars in the driveway and two cars in the upper parking area on bottle bay road. There is a boat launch at City Beach, a 10-minute boat ride to the dock. Boat trailer parking is available onsite.

What a wonderful weekend, we loved this lake front home right on the water, beds were comfy, very easy to find, spectacular views, saw eagles in the morning, kitchen was well stocked.
We couldn't have asked for a better weekend. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will be back! :)

My family of 4 really enjoyed the use of this older lake house. It had everything we needed for a long overdue relaxation trip. We appreciated the use of the SUPs and kayaks and fishing off of the dock. It should be noted that this property has a lot of stairs and if that is a problem, this is not the right spot for you.

We love the area and the location of this home. However, this house needs a lot of maintenance done. The cleanliness and supplies were lacking as well, considering the price.

We stayed for two weeks: two adults, child, dog. The appeal of this house is that it is partially OVER the water. The deck extends out from the shore like a boat house. Great 180 degree views. Quiet. Peaceful.Comfortable. Nice open concept kitchen/living/deck. Owner and Property manager are responsive. Amazing sun rise and ample shade later in the day. Swimming is fantastic off the docks. Will stay again.

Great 2 story cabin right on the lake! Plenty of amenities. Our kids really enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards. We will definitely be returning again for another trip.

Absolutely love the house, great viewa, well furnished and comfortable beds. Had some difficulty getting into the house and some real issues trying to get ahold of someone to get a key code. But once in the house we had a fantatic stay. Plan on staying in this home again. Definitely recomend
