Head into Orange Beach for more entertainment and restaurant options, such as The Gulf, Big Wave Dave's, or Cobalt. My best friend and I took our families on vacation together for the first time. We were really worried about space as we used all 8 sleeping options, but the condo is a lot more spacious than the pictures make it look. We were never on top of each other and both families fit around the table and on the balcony comfortably. The sliding doors to the balcony were a little hard to open and the screen was off the track, but it wasn’t anything we couldn’t handle. Each couple got a king bed which was a huge selling point and we both had balcony access with a beach view. The condo had everything we needed but we found it kind of odd that there was no hand soap, trash bags, or salt and pepper. It may be because of covid restrictions. It wasn’t an issue and there is a Walmart and Target 5 minutes from the condo. We walked over to the shopping center to eat at Jellyfish which was fantastic, get ice cream, and even go get coffee in the morning. We loved that the condo had a blender and two different types of coffee pots. It was also right next to the national park. Unfortunately we didn’t realize you had to buy a week pass and we didn’t go to check it out until the last day so we had to pass on that. Having to go to a separate location for the key and parking passes was a little inconvenient but not enough to complain about. I do wish we could have checked out later. I didn’t feel like we got the full extent of the trip as we couldn’t check in early (had to wait until 4) and then had to check out at 10AM. We will definitely be back again and loved our stay.
