LOVED the view! Great furnishings. Easy walk to beach & great restaurants around it. Could use a coffee maker & a fix to the master bedroom shower. Complex pool could be nicer also.

The furnishings are lovely. You don’t feel like you’re staying in a rental. The bay views are serene and breathtaking. Each bedroom (there are 3) has it’s own bath. Only needs a Blender and a new Coffee Maker and it would be perfect. Short walk to beach and easy parking.

Would not recommend this property Due to major chaos upon arrival! Condo was not clean! Large commercial vacuums drying soaking wet room carpets from previous tenants. No coffee marker

This home was a short walk to the beach with beautiful views of Assawoman Bay. It was all 6 people needed to feel comfortable for a long weekend getaway. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The place was nicely decorated. Parking in the garage was very convenient.
3 stars reflect a few things that need improvement. Window coverings are needed for 2 of the 3 bedrooms. We were disappointed there wasn’t a coffee pot. There was only one set of towels for each person and there were issues with a leaky washing machine, the master shower and the bathtub in the queen bedroom.
I realize the owners may not know these issues so I hope they fix them.
