This is a gorgeous five-bedroom townhouse with three full baths and two half-baths in one of the best locations in Sunset Island! You will enjoy a quick walk from 32 Island Edge Drive to the pools, bayfront beaches, and the ocean. Extra perks have been added to this home for guests' convenience, including brand new comfortable bedding, a 60-inch flatscreen smart TV. The home has comfortable sleeping for everyone and each bedroom has its own TV! The large and fully equipped kitchen will satisfy the chef of the family and there is a beautiful sunroom off the kitchen and dining room for lots of family fun. Three car parking available.

This 37 Acre Gated Community is a private island community located on 67th Street. The condo and the community are perfect for a family to spend a relaxing week at the beach. You'll be just two blocks to the ocean, dining, mini-golf, the OC bus, and stores. The community features an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, three private beaches, boat slips, a crabbing pier, an island cafe and pool bar, a general store, 24-hour security with gated access, and an interactive fountain.

Things to know:
Please note, there is a building registration fee of $110, which gets you six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person, per week, and are subject to availability.

Some community amenities may not be open or available due to community COVID restrictions. Vacasa does not manage community amenities and has no control over their opening, closing, or restriction requirements.

Parking Notes: Parking permits are required at Sunset Island and you will receive the apropriate passes in your check-in packet. You will receive 3 green passes to allow you to park in the garage and parking pad only. Parking anywhere outside of the designated assigned garage space is a parking violation and subject to ticketing and towing. You must ensure that your vehicle fits completely in the space. Oversized vehicles and trailers are not permitted. Parking is strickly enforced and vehicles not abiding by rules may be subject to towing at the owner's expense. Parking permits must be displayed at all times.

Additional parking may be available for purchase for an additional $70; however, this is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

There is free side-street parking on 67th street (except red curbs) and paid municipal lots in the area.

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

This is our 3rd time at Sunset Island. It is so family friendly and safe. This unit had everything we could have asked for. So much for the beach in the garage! Loved it!

We stayed in this house last week. We are a multi-generational family ranging from 1 to 81. Everyone had a great time!

We love the Sunset Island resort. The house is easily within walking distance from the pool and bay beach. We only visited the beach beside the pool but the other beaches look nice as well. There were many horseshoe crabs but we just avoided them and were fine.
This house is also within a short drive (or long-ish walk) to the ocean and we found parking close by each time.

The 4th floor master is nice because there is a balcony and it’s quieter up there but the bathroom is just average and is not connected to the bedroom. Only slightly inconvenient in my opinion.
The sunroom in addition to the living room provides plenty of seating for everyone. The balcony off the living room is fantastic for extending seating at mealtimes and great for evening relaxation.

The restaurant and bar did close a couple days (we were told staffing issues) which was slightly inconvenient BUT they really needed to revise their ‘no outside food or drink’ policy when they are not selling food or beverages at the pool. Kids need snacks and water!

The kitchen is adequately stocked and included a Keurig coffee maker, a regular coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, crock pot as well as all the other usual pots and pans. There are plenty of dishes and cups but not a lot of coffee mugs and not nearly enough silverware. There were common spices as well.
There were multiple baby gates, a booster chair, a toddler potty chair. There were several bicycles, including a small one for a kid as well as a drift scooter, a fantastic cart, beach umbrellas and beach chairs. There is also a Wi and board games, movies and books.
All the information said ‘NO GRILLING’ but there is a grill and the instructions at the house say no grilling on deck.

My husband appreciated the labels on EVERYTHING. It did help when looking for the correct remote and for identifying light switches.

I highly recommend this resort and this house in particular. We may be back next year!
