This 37 Acre Gated Community is a private island community located on 67th Street. The condo and the community are perfect for a family to spend a relaxing week at the beach. You'll be just two blocks to the ocean, dining, mini-golf, the OC bus, and stores. The community features an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, three private beaches, boat slips, a crabbing pier, an island cafe and pool bar, a general store, 24-hour security with gated access, and an interactive fountain.

Please note, there is a building registration fee of $110, which gets you six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person, per week, and are subject to availability.

Parking Notes: Parking permits are required at Sunset Island and you will receive the apropriate passes in your check-in packet. You will receive 3 green passes to allow you to park in the garage and parking pad only. Parking anywhere outside of the designated assigned garage space is a parking violation and subject to ticketing and towing. You must ensure that your vehicle fits completely in the space. Oversized vehicles and trailers are not permitted. Parking is strickly enforced and vehicles not abiding by rules may be subject to towing at the owner's expense. Parking permits must be displayed at all times.
Additional parking may be available for purchase for an additional $70; however, this is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
There is free side-street parking on 67th street (except red curbs) and paid municipal lots in the area.
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
