Lovely Condo with Shared Pool, High-Speed WiFi, Washer/Dryer, and Beach Access!

Brightly decorated in a mid-century modern style and full of sunlight, this condo has plenty of room to enjoy the lovely neighborhood view. Take it all in from the private patio, or enjoy it from the couch in the living area with floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is complete with a long prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar, plus full-size appliances like a dishwasher, small appliances, and plenty of place setting supplies in the built-in cabinets. Turn in after setting the beach towels to go in the private washer/dryer. The bedroom's luxurious en suite bathroom features double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. There's luxury all throughout this condo, even before you hit the beach! Guests can also enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool, outdoor shower, and charcoal grill during their stay.

What's nearby:
Port St. Joe is known for its fishing and oysters, and there's plenty of charters around if you're bringing rods and reels! Scenic Mexico Beach is just over eight miles away, and the secluded Windmark Public Beach access is just under three miles away. Stop by Cape San Blas Lighthouse (just over four miles away) and take in the view from this lovingly preserved lighthouse. If you're looking for a bit more of an adventure, drive out just over 22 miles to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. This lovely state park is just across the bay and features the Maritime Forest Nature Trail as well as prime spots for fishing.

Public beach access is available via multiple boardwalks. The closest is directly across the street!

Parking Notes: No passes or codes are required. Please park on the street and behind the building. Overflow parking is available in the gravel spots in the middle of Pinwheel Court. No RVs are allowed. Boats and trailers must be parked in the designated area located at the intersection on Flat Water W and Sleep Dog Way inside the large privacy fence.

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Water Access: Public beach is accessible via multiple boardwalks. The closest is directly across the street.
POOL: community pool is located to the West of the Village Center, near the intersection of Front Street and Goodmorning Street. Code 083167

This unit needs serious maintenance. For example, the sofa fabric is filthy and the cushions are split. The refrigerator door handle is broken and duct taped to the door. The doors are sticky and black with dirt. The entire unit needs painting. The A/C can’t keep up - 82 degrees indoors in the afternoon/evening, when it was 84 degrees outdoors. All that said, the location couldn’t be better, which is why we stayed there. Once the maintenance issues are addressed, we would gladly reserve again.
