Sip your morning cup of Joe as you watch the snow fall softly on the slopes from your balcony. Grab your snow gear and make the quick 200 yard walk across the pedestrian bridge to the lifts of Crested Butte Mountain Resort.

During the warmer months, hit the trails on a rented mountain bike, or explore the hiking paths that cut through the rugged terrain. Pedal through the wildflower landscape on Trail 401, or spend the day fishing the Taylor River a 20-mile drive away.

We had a good stay here. It took some time to figure out what all of the switches do but overall it was a quiet and well equipped place to stay. The views from the condo are amazing! A few minor downsides would include: the unit itself is fairly outdated compared to the other units, the guest room without a window was a little stuffy at night, the kitchen pots/pans are well worn & we couldn’t find a normal spatula, there were no tissues. The condo is cozy and comfortable and in a great location and I’d say the heated bathroom flooring was a major bonus! :) Thanks!

Nice view of the ski area from front balcony and Snodgrass Mountain from the back balcony. Clean and comfortable place worked well for us with 2 couples. We would use again! Both bedrooms are upstairs along with one bath (tub/shower). The second bath (shower) is on lower level. We did not use the pull out sofa. Access to the bridge across Gothic Rd. is nice, but there are several flights of stairs to get there. Access to the condo is via 2 flights of steps that are fairly narrow.

I can't imagine a better view of Mt Crested Butte. It was even better with the Apsen leaves changing colors.

The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The shared grill was out of propane which was disappointing as we brought food to grill. Luckily, the condo had everything we needed to finish cooking in the oven. We’d stay here again. The free shuttle to downtown was a bonus.
Manager response:
We apologize for the missing propane and would have happily supplied more had we been notified. Thanks!

Neat sufficient accommodation with all facilities

Nice place to stay. The view of the Butte is great. Very private since you're on the top floor. We stayed in the Fall but the access to ski lifts would be very convenient. Really enjoyed the log burning stove- with all the windows you could relax in front of the fire and enjoy a magnificent view!

We really enjoyed staying at this location. Crested Butte and the surrounding country is gorgeous. Spent a lot of time hiking and playing at Lake Irwin. The property itself was large, comfortable and cool/cabin with a large kitchen, lots of kitchen stuff and two great bedrooms. Watch the hide-a-bed, it is pretty bad (the only reason this is not 5 stars, I would have given 4.5 if possible).

We loved this condo! It was very close to the mountain activities and had amazing views!

Excellent location & view

While there is a tub of hot water, at the end of a long day of skiing I was looking for the hydrotherapy of the jets normally associated with a hot tub. It appears the jets have not been working for a while. Yes, there are 24 steps up the narrow stairs from the walkway to the front door, but you do get an unobstructed view to Mt. Crested Butte because of them.
Manager response:
The HOA has determined the hot tub jets will not be fixed or replaced as they have plans to replace the hot tub this year or next. We apologize for any inconveniences this causes our guests.

This place is very close to being really good. If they just replaced some mattresses and fixed the lighting situation in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom it would be fine. Just small things that need some love.

Very good location in terms of getting to the slopes ... if you don't mind some stairs. Also nice view and we had everything we needed. The money charged was fair for what you got. Perfect for us!

Loved that the condo was close to the hot tub and the bridge to ski area and restaurants. Plus, it was a quick drive to crested butte town, or you could use the bridge to catch the shuttle to town

The condo is comfy and warm with the wood burning stove. Very close walk to the mountain. If you have trouble with stairs I would not stay here there are a lot. The kitchen could have some better utensils but it worked fine. I would stay here again for the price!

The stair to the condo, were many and narrow making trips up the stairs with luggage difficult. The view was amazing.

This place is very close to skiing, walking distance. There are stairs and the town and unit are at elevation so breathing is difficult for sea level dwellers however this is how it's going to be any place. I'd love to stay here again and would recommend this to anyone who is coming to crested butte to ski!

We enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for four adults and two kids. The walk to the base area is really easy, even carrying a 4 year old or ski gear. We also enjoyed the abundance of firewood. If you need any special cooking equipment, bring it with you. The kitchen did meet basic needs but would have been limiting if pots, pans, and baking sheets were needed for a big dinner.

Property was clean and good location. Easy walking distance to base area lifts although the return trip does involve some climbing of stairs - but not an issue really since you can check your skis at the base area.

Convenient location and great property...
