Located south of the main hub of Moab, right next to beautiful Moab Golf Course, this rental is just right for those looking to escape the stresses of life. After a day filled with exploring nearby Slick Rock Trail, Steel Bender Trail, and other off-roading trails close by, come home to relax on the private patio or in the hot tub and view more stars in the night sky than you ever knew existed.

The living room is made up of a corner brick-framed fireplace, flatscreen TV, coffee table, two accent chairs, and an inviting sofa. Kick back and watch the game, or sip hot cocoa while the fire crackles nearby.

Below are the house rules for our community. 1) NO PARKING is allowed on the community road of Coyote Run due to safety and emergency needs. All vehicles must be parked in driveway. Excess vehicles can be parked in the limited pull off areas on East Bench Road or off-site at storage lots. Campers, tents and trailers are not allowed in resident driveways or garages. 2) ATV’s/UTV’s, TRAILERS are not allowed in the Coyote Run community which includes residential street, driveways and garages in order to abide by community policies and noise pollution ordinances. There are a variety of off-site storage establishments to park your recreation vehicles during your stay. 3) NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. House in excellent location out of town. It was clean and comfortable. Hot tub wasn't available for one night and host was quick to respond and refunded us some money which was appreciated. Other review mentioned low water pressure, which we specifically asked about before booking. Host assured it was fixed...it was not. Overall we still enjoyed our stay

My friend and I took out first trip to Moab and stayed in the Coyote Run condo...it was wonderful! We were blessed to get a big winter storm (this is exciting for us Texans) and got to enjoy snow-covered golf course views from the back porch, a snowy hot tub evening and a beautiful snow-covered neighborhood. Such a treat! The house was clean and just as described. Management was readily available for all questions and needs. Would highly recommend this vacation rental if traveling to Moab!!

The location is beautiful and quiet, with a golf course out the back and a dead-end neighborhood. The problems were a broken DVD player, a clogged toilet, broken window shade in one bedroom, and we were provided the wrong code to unlock the hot tub cover.
We worked with the property manager on those issues and although we finally got the correct code after 2 days had passed, and they sent someone to unclog the toilet, the other issues were noted but not remedied during our stay.
One other kind of serious issue with cleanliness was the previous guests must have thrown out some nasty liquid in the trash that filled the garage with an amazingly unpleasant smell - it was terrible... I simply cannot overstate how bad it was. I moved the can outside but still got whiffs. The day they finally picked up the trash I still found myself washing and rinsing the can to get rid of the nasty funk so it wasn't stanking up the neighborhood.

The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that we prefer a home with fewer neighbors.
We enjoyed watching the turkeys and mule deer that wander through the golf course that is in the house's backyard.

We had water pressure issues, meaning we had to take showers one at a time (and while washing machine, dishwasher, or toilets were not in use) but I think these issues will be addressed by Vacasa. Had plenty of room for our party of 4. Enjoyed the beautiful golf course and sunsetting sky view in the evenings!

We Migrate to Moab to mountain bike every year. The house is greatly positioned in the valley for biking and off roading. On Wednesday it snowed all day. The comforts of the home and large unobstructed windows made for a great day.

My wife her parents and my parents stayed here for four nights while hiking through canyon lands and arches national park. The house was amazing nice views of the golf course plenty of room for the six of us each bedroom had it’s own bathroom which was really nice. Also while we were here given it’s close proximity we were able to rent some UTV’s and go off roading on the slick rocks as they are called which was an amazing experience! Over all the house offered everything we could have asked for!

The location was central to all the attractions, yet located in a quiet secluded neighborhood. The house was perfect for us with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for total privacy. The home has everything you could need. The owner even had laundry detergent pods so we could wash clothes. The views are amazing and the location is convenient to everything in the Moab area. The neighborhood is in a designated “dark sky” area which made the night sky breathtaking. There are 2 king and 2 queen beds. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The house has an open floor plan with plenty of seating in the living and dining areas. We would definitely choose this house again!

Coyote Run is a bit outside of Moab, which is nice but also adds 10-15 minutes to any trips to town or the National Parks. It was nice to sit out back and watch the golfers, this house has views of the golf course. The house was nice and clean. Beds were comfy to sleep in. The kitchen was well apportioned, with fantastic pans for cooking. Little amenities were appreciated like charging strips next to the beds. All in all a good value for the money. The finishing touches are off slightly, TV is a cluster of wires with speakers hanging off the wall. But all functional. The dreaded hot tub from so many other posts on this house still is not functional, with everything so new, this hot tub seems to be a second hand pickup. Water pressure is low, especially when more than one shower is running. This leads to quick showers.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Coyote Run 2 house. The location was beautiful and overlooked the golf course and red rocks out the back of the property. The house was immaculate and well kept.
While we were there, our hot tub had a sudden leak. The local Management had someone out there immediately to repair it and they were quickly able to get it fixed so we could continue to use it during our stay. Everyone we dealt with from Vacasa was friendly and quick to help.
We plan on staying here whenever we're in Moab!

We loved our time at Coyote Run and look forward to staying here again when we're next in Moab! We loved the location of the house a few miles from town. It was quiet and we could watch deer on the golf course behind the house, but easily get to Moab and the parks. We had 6 adults and 3 kids (4 yo, 2 yo, 1 yo) and it fit us comfortably. For the most part the house was stocked as stated in our welcome email, although we did end up needing to purchase potholders since there were none when we arrived, and there was not an adequate amount of laundry/dish soap for the size of the house. There had been a big snow a few days before we arrived which led to some pretty dangerous ice on the porch between the house and the hottub. Although someone came to salt after we called Vacasa, they didn't have enough to leave us more and there was no snow shovel. The next day we had another layer of solid ice. Because of this we didn't use the hottub nearly as much as we wanted. I hope a shovel and a bag of salt will be available to keep future visitors safe in the winter.

Great quiet location loved Ken's lake for swimming in the hot afternoons, close to Arches and Canyon Lands National Parks, and able to see many stars late at night. This was a great home base for our travels around Moab and surrounding areas, super quiet, hot tub was great but we were not given the combination to the lock on it prior to check in and the one listed in the guest book was incorrect - I would make sure you have this info prior to arrival if it's important to you. Hard to find at night and google maps doesn't take you quite far enough down the road so make sure you have written directions with you.
