The property enjoys exclusive access to the Sunrise Lift, with the Red Pine Gondola and the Orange Bubble Express Lift within a quick stroll. After a day of adventure, enjoy a heated outdoor swimming pool, hot tubs, a fitness center, a game room, and a restaurant on the grounds.

Begin summer mornings outside on your private balcony, breathing in the fresh mountain air before your tee time at Canyons Golf. In winter, you can read the newspaper by the living room's gas fireplace and still be among the first on the slopes.

The condo is full of luxe finishes, from beamed ceilings to elements of granite and live-edge natural wood. Highlights include a beautifully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island breakfast bar, a dining area with a wine cooler, and an inviting living room where you can watch movies (on cable, DVD, and streaming) by the fire. Both of the serene bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and TVs - one includes its own fireplace and the other boasts direct access to the balcony. Central air, complimentary WiFi, and a washer/dryer are provided as well.

• Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
• All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• The Escala Lodges located at the Hyatt Centric will charge guests a $40 daily resort fee upon check-in. This is not included in the price of your reservation online.
• Any and all engineering needs will need to be managed by Vacasa Park City.
• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

• 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
