• All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• This vacation rental's HOA counts children toward maximum occupancy. The HOA will deny any guest registrations that exceed this home's occupancy even if guests on the reservation are infants or toddlers. Should maximum occupancy be exceeded, you will not be granted access to the home and your reservation will be canceled.
• This property is managed by Vacasa Pennsylvania LLC.

• 4 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• 4WD/traction may be required in winter.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
