When you aren't playing in the sand, or swimming and fishing from the private dock, you are only 10 minutes from downtown Sandpoint! There is a great mix of hiking and walking trails in the area as well.

Continue to enjoy the weather and each other's company on the wrap-around deck, boasting comfortable outdoor furniture. Inside, the heart of the home can be found in the gorgeous living room, composed of vaulted ceilings, a stone-lined fireplace, and plush leather seating. Steps from here, the fully equipped chef's kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. There is both a dining table and breakfast bar available for family mealtime.

A private paradise just for you, the home's primary ensuite bedroom boasts its own private access to the deck, a large smart TV, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower. The additional bedrooms are just as sizable and comfortable, all cooled by central air. Additional interior amenities include the basement family room, and a separate laundry room, furnished with a work desk and a second fridge.

As the sun begins to set over the lake, head back outside and fire up the gas grill. The perfect ending to another day in Idaho is best spent in the bubbling warmth of the hot tub.

• The twin bunk bed is an XL and can fit an adult comfortably.
• There is a long steep staircase connecting the home to the private beach. There are stairs leading to the lower bedrooms and family room and and from the upper deck to the back yard.
• Guests can bring their own boat, but will need to use nearby Garfield Bay to launch their boat. They can also use Springy Point, which is approximately half a mile down the road.
