Parking Notes: There is garage parking for one car, and space outside the garage for another car. Garage is located on the right side of the building and is labeled 704 above garage door. Turn into the driveway between buildings 5 and 7 and garage is first one on the left. There is an area for guest overflow parking right next to the building. Drive past building 7 and there is rows of parking spots along the curve. No parking permit is required.There is one parking spot in the garage. Close garage completely after each use. Garage is strictly for parking your vehicle and taking off/storing ski equipment. There is no hanging out permitted in the garage. Guest Parking is for short term guests – NOT overnight guest use. Overflow parking is available in spots next to Building 7. Vehicles must be moved every day for snow removal. Do not park in front of the garage. Please respect HOA rules. Violation of any of these rules will result in a fine of up to $500 BILLED TO GUEST. Overflow parking is located around the corner next to building 7. Please allow room for snow plows and do not block any portion of the road. No parking on road or on walkways in front of buildings. Use designated spots only. Failure to park in designated locations will result in your vehicle getting towed at your expense in addition to a fine up to $500.
