The Haymaker and Rollingstone Golf Courses are each a little over two miles away, with Nordic trails in the winter and tee times in the summer. Other warm-weather activities include fishing and kayaking in the Yampa River and hiking at Fish Creek Falls. The shopping, dining, and soothing hot springs of Steamboat Springs itself are only four miles away.

Parking Notes: There is garage parking for one car, and space outside the garage for another car. Garage is located on the right side of the building and is labeled 704 above garage door. Turn into the driveway between buildings 5 and 7 and garage is first one on the left. There is an area for guest overflow parking right next to the building. Drive past building 7 and there is rows of parking spots along the curve. No parking permit is required.There is one parking spot in the garage. Close garage completely after each use. Garage is strictly for parking your vehicle and taking off/storing ski equipment. There is no hanging out permitted in the garage. Guest Parking is for short term guests – NOT overnight guest use. Overflow parking is available in spots next to Building 7. Vehicles must be moved every day for snow removal. Do not park in front of the garage. Please respect HOA rules. Violation of any of these rules will result in a fine of up to $500 BILLED TO GUEST. Overflow parking is located around the corner next to building 7. Please allow room for snow plows and do not block any portion of the road. No parking on road or on walkways in front of buildings. Use designated spots only. Failure to park in designated locations will result in your vehicle getting towed at your expense in addition to a fine up to $500.

We had a great time here. Wonderful location, comfortable beds and the perfect amount of room for a family of 3 (2 adults and a toddler). Centrally located, quick drive to downtown and nice views of the mountains. It did get a little warm with no AC and west facing windows but we were there in July during a really hot week so assuming that is not the norm. Having fans and really helped cool things down at night. Overall, great time and would stay here again!

Really nice location close to the slopes. House was clean and cozy. Having a washer and dryer was really great. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

This residence sure has a warm home cabin vibe feel to it. The Home is for the most part centrally located to attractions and downtown area. The Home was found clean, well furnished and the best part it had a garage which helped in the snowy days. definitely recommend this place.

This unit has pro's and con's
Pro's
-Location- right on bus route and easy walk to gondola square
-Comfortable bedding
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Facility staff removed snow very quickly

Con's
-4 garage doors under unit, you hear each one when they open and close
- The plumbing from the unit above could be heard when running between walls
- No trash cans in bathrooms
- Lighting is very dim
