We would give it a 5 star but there was miscommunication and there was work being done at the location while we were there. The issue was resolved quickly which we were grateful for. Loved the location! We kayaked right from the back of the house and the beach was within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. We took my father and brother for Father’s Day celebrations, and the house had just about everything you could need. I am rating it 5 stars because the locale and the house layout was wonderful. The only imperfections were minor, only one of the rooms had a queen bed, and the other two rooms had only bunk beds. It would be great if one of the rooms had two sets of bunk beds and two of the rooms hosted queen beds. The upstairs bathroom doorframe is very uneven and you can actually see into the bathroom with the door closed, which might be a little disconcerting for some people. Also, there isn’t a single lamp in the house. We had to rely on the ceiling lamps to see at night, which makes it hard to read a book. Thankfully we had flashlights at the ready for those midnight trips to the bathroom. The kitchen window is broken, and could do with a repair especially when cooking in the kitchen. Also, the kitchen could do with better lighting as it was very dim and made cooking meals a little less pleasant. The master bedroom could do with some blinds, drapes, or shades. It gets extremely bright in the mornings making “sleeping in” more difficult, and also reduces privacy for those who care about having large open windows into their personal bedroom. The upstairs bathroom window could do with better drapes/blinds as well, because right now anyone outside intently looking in could easily see activity in the bathroom. I know all of these sound like complaints but to be honest, these are more just pointers that could be followed by the owners to make the house perfect for future guests at some point. Even despite these items I’ve listed, we would 100% stay again.

The house was very clean and well stocked with amenities. The location is great and the check in/out process was easy and quick. Unfortunately the master bedroom lacks any type of window coverings which meant a much earlier wakeup time than we wanted on vacation. Sadly we won't stay at this property again because of this.

The house is perfect, spaciou, with beautiful views and everything works perfectly well 🙂.
It's a nice place to kayak, fish and rest!
We plan to come back over and over again!
I have to say something else: from booking to checkout I had incredible support, thank you Jack for your attention and promptness!

Very clean - kudos to your housekeeping staff! Quiet, peaceful getaway in the heart of Lincoln City. We enjoyed being on the canal, watching ducks swim by and listening to the frogs at night. And only a short walk to the beach. A perfect combination! One warning - the master bedroom has neither door locks nor window coverings. Be prepared to be up with the sun. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. Definitely recommend!

Incredibly peaceful. The back deck was an unbelievable place to unwind. And so close to the beach! Cannot recommend more highly.

Nice clean home on D River Cove.

Master bed was very comfortable. Lovely spot to launch my kayak with a small gravel put in. May not work if your SUP has a keel due to lily pads around the entrance to the lake. Borders on wilderness section of the lake. Well-equipped kitchen. Bring your own deck chair. No A/C but lots of good cross-ventilation upstairs. Be aware there are no window coverings in master bedroom, just lovely views of canal and wild. Will definitely stay again.

It's a great house for a family. Very clean and cute house. It's short walk to the beach. (you have to cross busy HWY 101 but there's signal light and sidewalk)
We had a great time!
Dish washer was broken and had black mold (YUCK!!!) Bunk bed doesn't have rails, My kids had fun but as a parent, I was afraid they might fall. (Happy to report that no bones were broken)
Manager response:
Thank you for your feedback. The dishwasher is scheduled for replacement. The bunk beds is designed to be without rails as pictured online. We hope to see you again!
