Great place for a family of 6 to stay. The view was amazing and it is a beautiful place centrally located in town and on the water. We will stay there a sun for sure. The only down side was that it is right next to the train tracks and there is a lot of train traffic all the time. Not noisy, but you hear it.

We had a wonderful stay - plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out and relax. We found just about everything we needed, but as other reviewers have mentioned, it would have been nice to have an introductory notebook to help us maneuver around the resort and town. And while there was plenty of dishes and wine glasses, there was no empty cabinet space for us to put our food. Fridge was bare, but no empty cabinets for us to put our cereal, bread and chips, etc, so that all took up an entire counter. Would have been nice to have a spot to put it so we could really feel at home. Other than those two things, the place was fantastic.

Our stay at The Seasons 135 in Sandpoint couldn't have been better.  It is beautifully appointed,  comfortable,  conveniently located,  quiet (except for the trains - which really isn't a problem at all) and it exceeded our expectations.
We liked that it is on the ground floor, has temper-pedic beds and a well-stocked kitchen.
We were a little slow in figuring out how to get into the building (the fob must activate a wall pad that unlocks the door) but after we figured that out we were just fine.
We loved sitting out on the deck and so happy for the nice patio furniture.  There was ample seating inside and the kitchen had everything we wanted or could imagine needing during our stay.
We loved being able to walk to town for shopping and restaurants. We loved having so many walking paths right outside the door to enjoy.
Watching the sunrise and sunsets daily on the water was absolutely delightful.
We booked massages in The Seasons Wildflower Spa (right next door)  and highly recommend doing that.  It was convenient and the experience was unparalleled.
We would love to return to this unit when our travels take us back to Sandpoint.  And we can't wait until they do!

Loved the access to the beach and pool!!! Bring your bike and paddle board because there will get lots of use.

Great apartment; plenty of space for our family. We used the heated pool and hot tub everyday; we cooked outside and ate at the table provided. We also had a fire on the beach and roasted s'mores; everyone had a great time. Reason for 4 stars was that they house did not come with any instructions/rules. We had to call Vacasa or the employees at Seasons 3 separate times to figure out where to park, where the trash was located, rules for lighting a fire at the beach. As stated in other reviews train tracks are located right behind the apartment complex. Loud at night in the back two bedrooms for sensitive sleepers
Manager response:
Hi Jamie, thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay - we will relay this feedback to the local property manager to see about adding this information to the home via a manual, in addition to our check-in instructions.

Excellent view. Conveniently located. Decor is great. Spacious condo. Trains go by frequently although didn’t bother my family at all.

It could be 6 stars! Clean, spacious, on the beach, next to the pool, walking distance to 15 excellent restaurants. Subtract 1 star because its right next to train tracks. The trains come by about 12 to 15 times a day. Very loud.
Subtract another star for lack of info. What do we do with the 5 remotes by the TV? (One goes to the Apple TV, 4 to Samsung) Whose paddle boards are just laying on the beach? Can we use the beach chairs?
Subtract one more star for locking the Apple TV with a passcode so we couldn't access our own Netflix, Hulu, etc
Manager response:
Thank you for staying with us, Jim! We are glad you enjoyed this luxury condo but apologize for any noise disruptions or trouble with operating the streaming tv services. We'll be sure to add directions for the tv remote use. Please note that paddleboards are not a listed amenity, and we look forward to hosting you again!

The condo was in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue I had was that the pillows and bed were extremely hard and not comfortable and the TV's in all the rooms are old and bad quality.

The space was well-appointed and very comfortable. We only had 4 in our group, but 6 people would have been easily accommodated. Just keep in mind that the bunk beds are in a small room shared with the washer and dryer and the top bunk does not have a railing. Our trip landed on a few cool summer days, so the fireplace came in handy to quickly warm up. We loved the big deck overlooking the lake.

We loved staying at this beautiful condo. It has direct access to a nice beach, pool, dock and outdoor BBQ area. It was very well located and clean. We had a wonderful time.

Place was perfect for our family and the location is exceptional. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is the price. It’s probably not quite worth the cost, especially once you factor in the insane amount of fees.

Excellent location.
Beautifully decorated, we'll stocked corner condo.
Everything anyone could ask for. . .

Perfect location with one of the best lake views around! Property was modern and in great condition. All the amenities you need to include underground parking, fully stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms, large living area and deck. Seconds to walk into town or travel in by Amtrak and literally steps to the Condo. Was great to have really nice community BBQ areas and a wonderful outdoor pool. While the nightly rate was fine, all the extra fees really add up bringing the total cost up above what fair value in our opinion comparing other luxury rentals in WA, ID, and BC.

We had a great stay at the Seasons in Sandpoint and would definitely stay again. The condo is very clean and well appointed (everything is very updated), and our party of 2 adult couples and one child had plenty of space. Views of Lake Pend Oreille from the balcony and front bedroom are stunning. There is a large hot tub and pool just a few steps from the unit which was nice for apres skiing and would be fun in the summer as well. The unit is in walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and Schweitzer Mountain is only an easy 30 min drive. One thing of note are the elevated train tracks not too far away with trains going by multiple times a day. We barely noticed as there were no whistles as they pass through town and the condo is extremely well insulated from outside sound. Great condo, great location I definitely recommend it!

We visited Sandpoint for the Banff Film Festival screening and to ski at Schweitzer Mountain. What a lovely condo! Nicely appointed, comfortable for our family of four plus grandparents. It's an easy walk into town. My kids loved the heated outside pool while I enjoyed the view of the kids playing in the pool with the frozen lake and mountains in the background from the much warmer hot tub. We'd love to come stay again! Perhaps in the summer next time.

Our family of four enjoyed a weekend in this beautiful lakeside condo. The views were beautiful and the property was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this property.
