A Cozy Cottage is the ultimate retreat for relaxation and reconnecting with family or friends. Each bedroom is appointed with a built-in closet system, and offers direct access to the pool area. The kitchen is abundantly stocked, offering the ability to prepare any meal you decide to enjoy. The spacious Living Room with adjoining Dining Area provides a sleeper sofa, and a 42' flat screen TV. Lush tropical landscaping and a spacious entertaining area surround the private heated pool. This home is also great for vacationing with pets!

Quietly located on the northern end, but easy walking or biking distance to Anna Maria's Historic 'Pine Avenue' where you can shop the boutiques, dine at several local restaurants, and rent additional entertainment items(golf carts, bicycles, kayaks & more). Multiple Beach Accesses Nearby: A 2 minute walk to the Seagrape Beach Access(more secluded/fast access), and a 6 minute walk to Cypress Avenue Beach Access(offers easy access to the Sandbar Restaurant). Quick Access to the Bay Attractions: Historic 'Rod & Reel' Pier and Restaurant, overlooking Tampa Bay, is a short 4 minute walk from A Cozy Cottage. Situated between the Rod & Reel Pier and Anna Maria's City Pier, is a bay-side playground and picnic area, also a 4 minute walk.

THINGS TO KNOW

• Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
• We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

• 4 dogs , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
