This gorgeous Balboa Island home, with plenty of room for everyone, is the perfect family beach getaway! Sip your morning coffee out onto the balcony and watch the sunrise, or enjoy a cocktail in the evening for those breathtaking California Coast sunsets. Relax after a full day at the beach on the cozy sofa, curl up and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV, and whip up your favorite dishes in the fully equipped kitchen.
Take an exciting day trip over to Catalina Island, via the Catalina Flyer ferry, which you can catch about a quarter-mile away. Bask on the beach, dive, and explore a variety of shops and restaurants. There are a number of whale watching tours available in the area to observe the many different species of whales and dolphins. Bring the family to the Balboa Fun Zone, just a short ferry ride away. And there are also carnival rides, games, great food, and unique shops. For the more adventurous, you'll find plenty of water activities including paddleboarding, fishing, surfing, and boating.

Parking Notes: Two car garage. Remote available inside the house in the front bar area counter across from the dining table. Guests must return all garage door openers to the bar counter inside the house. If garage remotes are not returned, a $75 fee will be applied. Street parking is first come, first served in front of the house and on the surrounding side streets. See city signs posted for street sweeping days/time to avoid ticketing or towing. Smaller cars are recommended for garage parking, but most standard SUVs will fit tightly in the garage. Limited parking on the streets during the summer season.
