Sundestin Unit 1016 is directly on the beachfront with a fabulous coastline view from a private tenth-floor balcony looking to the west! This unit sleeps four and offers a queen sofa sleeper in the living room and a king bed in the master bedroom. Prepare family meals with the fully stocked kitchen offering full-size appliances and a generous supply of housewares. The master bathroom is a Jack and Jill style bath and a half with a shower/ tub combo accessible from the hallway and the master bedroom. Please take in the sunsets and cool breezes and stay at Sundestin Unit #1016.

We stayed at this location to be closer to friends who were also staying at SunDestin. It was nice to have a parking pass included in our stay and we liked that the condo had a full kitchen for us to use. The condo also had a nice ocean view. We thought the place could have been cleaner, however. The living room couch and chair looked like it was overdue for some professional cleaning. There was sand all over our floor when we first walked in it. The dishwasher was also broken, which we did not notice until attempting to use it for the first time on our last night. If you prefer washer/dryer units inside your own condo, SunDestin is not for you. It would have also been nice if this unit had a hairdryer already on hand, so I didn’t have to fly with one. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience.
