Just a mile down the road from the Dodge Ridge and Little Thunder lifts, this three-level mountain home has all the indoor perks and comforts you've been hoping to find, making it the ideal union of location and luxury for your next getaway. Downstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Next to the bedroom, another room has plenty of comfy seating and a foosball table, the perfect place to hang out with friends, or with a good novel. The second level enjoys beautiful wood floors and accents, vaulted ceilings, and exposed joists in the living room. You'll love stretching out on a spacious sofa to watch a good DVD or Netflix movie on the mounted flatscreen TV. Off the living room, a private deck has a table/chair set for al-fresco meals, a dip in the hot tub or just hanging out with your first cup of coffee. Later, move into the full kitchen to get crackin' on tonight's homemade meal - you'll find all the cookware and counter space you could ask for, and you'll have seating for four at the dining table, plus an extra four barstools at the breakfast bar. Head upstairs to the loft sitting area, and you'll find more comfortable seating, access to a private balcony, and the second bedroom which enjoys a double bed and two twins. You'll even have complimentary board games to play on a rainy day.

You'll have four peaks and après-ski entertainment like bars and restaurants to enjoy when you head over to Snoqualmie. First time on skis? Beginners can start off slow with ski runs like Little Thunder and Julies, while more advanced group members can shred Big Bill and Wildside. Summit Tubing Park is only a half-mile south for the kids, and you'll find Pacific Crest Trail and Kendall Katwalk Trail less than two miles away for some terrific summer hikes.

- Parking notes: There is one parking spot at the home in the winter. There also is parking up in the parking lot. The parking lot is off the main road WA-906, if you go out the neighborhood on Kearney, turn left and it’s right there. During the summer you can park three vehicles. Please note you will be fined and towed if you park in the street, cul de sac or a neighbor's driveway. Parking in the street or items left in the road or driveway that result in the plow not being able to plow or damage the plow caused by renter will be charged 50 dollars an hour for delays/repairs. There is an additional 150 dollar winter/snow deposit.
PARKING - There is one parking space provided at the cabin. Please realize that our road into our community is gravel based and while it is snow plowed on a regular bases it is not free of snow as a paved roadway would be therefore is not appropriate for all vehicles to access. In addition the snowplow company is privately owned and may not come every day or may wait for a storm to blow through before attempting to remove the snow. Therefore we recommend you park on the main road and walk down to make sure your vehicle will be able to come and go without losing traction. We take no responsibility and will not pay for any fees if your vehicle needs to be removed by a towing company. Also please note that the plow driver will at times tow cars but will expect payment for this service. There is homeowner/renter parking spaces provided at the Summit Central Parking lot if you choose not to park by the cabin or have more than one vehicle. It is the area to the far left when facing the lot and has a sign saying (Homeowner parking only) If you use the homeowner lot you need to let the Summit Security know you are parking there as a resident as they have been having parking issues. Just call them at 425‐434‐6747 let them know you are staying at the Black Diamond Cabin in Conifer Estates and the type of car you drive and the days you will be there.
When in our neighborhood, only park in the designated spot at the cabin Do Not park in any other parking spots you see as they are all specifically for the resident who paid for their spot to be plowed. Often there are cabins in the woods you do not see and these people need to have their space when they return home from work. Also do not park on the snow plowed roadway, it is often wider at certain spots because these are paid for parking spots. Our parking spot is in front of the cabin clearly marked.
