This house was wonderful. The area was peaceful and the house had a ton of space. We enjoyed the games and the bedrooms were comfortable. Easy check-in and out and great for a large group. Would recommend and stay again.

Thank you!

For the money we paid, there’s a couple of expectations that weren’t meet. Draws in the kitchen would come out when pulled (specially the trash one, fell on someone foot), kitchen pot and pans not enough for a 13 person stay, one futon was partially broken, no late check out they were at the top of our driveway at 9:55 on Sunday morning, tv in the living room was like 32 inches and decor downstairs looked like straight out of a Walmart catalog. Also the “gym” has a 1970s stair master that was sooooo yellow it looked like it had a caffeine addiction.

Good thing about the cabins were many, the couch upstairs was great, ping pong table and darts were a huge hit, it was quiet and we had privacy. The plates and silverware was plenty! Double balconies and hammock were enjoyed. The location of the house right by some beautiful hikes and not a lot of back roads to get to the driveway. Wifi was strong and the only way to have any signal. TVs were completely stocked with Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus and more.
Manager response:
Hi, Alejandro! Maintenance will be checking the futon and ensuring kitchen drawers are in good shape. We have not been allowing late check-outs during COVID to ensure enough time to clean and sanitize; since check-out is at 10am, we do expect our staff to be ready to go at that time. Thank you!

The house has a true 'homey' feel, spacious, airy and clean. It was relaxing to see the decor - our family which came from Massachusetts, Florida and New Jersey were amazed to see how the color scheme and other elements were so much like our own. That made our stay all the more better. We even found a rock that had the initial of our daughter. The only challenging thing was maneuvering the road to the location (my wife suffers with vertigo so the twists and turns up the mountain did not help). That being said, I would 100% recommend this home for a great mountain retreat.

House was in nice location but that was about it. Kitchen was inadequately stocked and contained no working pots or pans. Items were dirty and needed to be cleaned first. House was dirty and had old dog toys and food under beds, dresser, and couch. Very dusty and just dirty. Not worth the cost and expected better conditions.
Manager response:
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay. We apologize for the oversight regarding the cleanliness and have had more cookware added to the home. We have passed along your feedback to the local housekeeping staff and manager so they are aware of your comments, and can work to correct this for future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again, in the future, for a much more enjoyable stay.
