Our stay was from 8/21-8/28/22 and for that week my partner and I had no issues. Luckily during our week stay both elevators were working (felt and sounded a little sketchy) and being that our room was on the 20th we never had long wait times for the elevator which Id assume you would have being on the 30+ floors. Shane with Vacasa was extremely helpful with providing a parking spot within minutes the day of our check-in. Self check-in and check out was simple.

Appliances like microwave refrigerator, A/C, kitchen and bathroom sinks, toilet, shower, all worked. Didn't touch the TV so not sure on that. The room was clean. Repairs on certain spots on the walls visible but nothing extreme. Small cut in the carpet. Dusty kitchenware washed before use. Overall more time spent on the beach than in the room. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks again Shane

I walked into the “lobby” and it wreaked of weed, there was dirty laundry on the chair and kitchen scissors sitting on another chair. The room had stains on the walls, carpet was ripped and cracked tiles. There wasn’t anyone to help if there was a problem. It was not worth it.

Only the location and quietness. Other than that nothing. Roaches in the room, not working tv. Super Long time to reach the administrador co. Room very neglected. Several hours to get a hold of an agent by phone.

Our homes are treated quarterly for pests, and our property manager has assured us that they are taking preventative measures to combat the entrance of unwanted critters. We sincerely apologize for any miscommunication and delay in the service you received. Please know that we are experiencing a higher than normal call and email volume at this time.
