It’s also a fabulous spot to grill out and enjoy the magic of a long twilight as the sun sets early behind Awbrey Butte.

Inside, the ground floor boasts a home theater with a 100” screen, PlayStation 3, and high-quality surround sound. There’s also a game room with a pool table, arcade game, and great views of the river. A spacious bedroom, large bunk room, and two full bathrooms round out the lower level.

On the main floor, the living area showcases huge picture windows overlooking the river. Gather by the gas fireplace, break out the provided board games, or watch a movie on the HDTV with surround sound. (The private garage offers more fun with a ping-pong and foosball table.) Chefs will love the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with a marble island and high-end appliances like a six-burner gas range.
