With 1,128 square feet of beautifully updated living space, this sophisticated 3BR/2BA Sunridge at Avon II condo is perfectly located less than half a mile from the Lower Beaver Creek Mountain Express Lift and is across the street from the complimentary bus shuttle to the resort.

The house was a bit dirty, I wiped grease off of all of the cabinets when we arrived. Additionally there were no paper towels at all and I never received checkout instructions. It is a nice place in a nice location, but the cleanliness wasn’t there.

Candles, blankets, kitchen staples + (olive oil, hot chocolate mix, more than basic spices), matching pots and pans with lids, nice glassware, utensils and baking pans (for brownies and pizza). We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, strong wifi signal that didn't require resigning in, heated bathroom floors, easy parking, recycling. Placement near road did not impact sleep.

Very nicely appointed condo. Plenty of beds/bedrooms for our family of five. Great location within easy walking distance of BC’s Bear Lot which has express shuttle service to the ski village. Only drawback was a problem with gas fireplace the first night we there. It was supposed to fire up automatically in response to wall thermostat adjustment but the pilot light had gone out so temps in the main living space were in the low sixties all night. Vacasa rep and maintenance team got it squared away the next day and we had a fun weekend skiing.

Turnkey was very informative and quick to respond to any questions or info needed. The condo was nice and clean, easy door code access. The place was cozy with amenities and decor that gives that homey feeling. Close to (walking distance) shops, ski slopes, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again! Condo was perfect for my adult family of 5. Location was terrific! It has all of the amenities (although we never did quite figure out all of the televisions - a manual would have helped!) Washer, dryer, dishwasher, lots of utensils, pots/pans, utensils ...all were great. Bedrooms got a little bright first thing in the morning and a room darkening blind or curtains would have helped. Sun rises early in the summer! Although there was no air conditioning, if you opened the windows at night the condo was cool enough. It was in the mid 80s during the day, but 55 at night. The location is close to everything. Less than a mile from a full size grocery store, restaurants, Beaver Creek Ski Resort and only a short 10-15 ride to Vail Ski resort. The location was great, but the only downside was the condo is right next to Highway 6 and we couldn`t sleep with the windows open so we eventually would have to close them. There is a white noise machine - if that works for you. The portable fans helped to keep the room relatively cool and the noise from the fan drowned out the highway; however there were only 2 portable fans in the condo. Please add more! This wouldn`t be a problem in the winter with the windows closed. Lots of storage area for you skis, boots, etc! Overall...we loved it! We`d stay again!
