This 2nd floor sparkling clean 3-bedroom 2-bath home on 36th Street is one block from the beach and right next to 38th St. Park. With access to an amazing 3rd floor rooftop deck with a bbq grill, lots of comfortable seating for hanging out or dining, you will have a view of the sparkling city lights. You may find yourself spending more time on the playfully decorated rooftop deck than inside! Unit is walking distance to Newport Beach Pier where there are many shops and restaurants as well as places to rent equipment for all sorts of water sports, as well as the Lido Marina Village and the historic Lido Cinema. We needed a last minute getaway, and this condo fit our price range. Condo was clean on arrival, and provided the esstanials we needed. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, and close to the beach. The 2 full bed bedrooms provided comfortable sleep, and the 1 twin mattress needs an upgrade. TV and wifi available so we didn't miss any hockey games. Kitchen had all the supplies, would just recommend a large baking pan, and maybe provide salt and pepper. We didn't use the roof top deck, since no ocean views but there is a table, chairs, loungers, and a BBQ. Reason for the 4 star view is the parking. It's hard to get into the garage when the neighbor opposite, parks in Front of their garage. If you have a larger SUV, you might just have to find parking on the street. Overall great stay!

We loved the key-less entry. Didn`t have to worry about losing the key at the beach or who had it when we returned separately. The covered Duvets were wonderful. Enjoyed knowing we had fresh blankets for our use. Enough towels for bathing and beach use. Had help when we requested it. Bicycle to use would be a GREAT addition. Took our family and two grand kids to stay at the beach for the weekend. The house was great and comfortable. Great location and easy to get to the beach quickly. We brought bikes with us and the garage was perfect to keep them stored and available for us to go out and use at any time. We enjoyed great weather, the beach and lots of bike riding. This was a great location. Very close to the beach, my wife and I went for a run out at the beach every morning. Great location close to some delicious restaurants and coffee shops, and great place to stay. Clean, nice, and a good amount of space. I would definitely come here again!
