Beautifully located near the very end of coveted Stones Point Road, The Beehive is pure and simple with views of Muscongus Bay from virtually every window. It's just as ideal for quiet reflection as it is a home base while exploring the busier areas of coastal Maine. It's close enough to popular harbor towns for activities, yet far away enough to allow you to enjoy the peace of the tide coming in and out of the little harbor. Outdoor enthusiasts will be especially happy with the proximity to nearby trails and the nature preserve for scenic hikes.

Admire views of the ocean and bask in the well-appointed decor from the moment you walk in the door. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a farm-style sink, and granite countertops that are spacious enough to prepare meals or set out light bites in the afternoon. The living room offers plush seating for movie time on rainy days; there are also floor pillows and blankets to go along with the board games and a small library in the sitting room. The cable TV is equipped to stream movies and play your favorite music from your mobile device. And of course, there's free WiFi throughout the cottage and grounds, though you'll certainly be tempted to disconnect and relax.

Outside you'll find two rocking chairs and an uncovered stone patio area with an outdoor dining area.
