Sitting at the north end of town between the Necanicum River and the Pacific, you'll enjoy a quiet location and a very easy walk to the beach. The attractions on Broadway are about one mile away - an easy drive or a pleasant walk on the sand or promenade.

The house itself has a comfortable atmosphere with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Relax on an assortment of furniture in the living area to enjoy quality time with a board game. When the weather isn't cooperating, you might get cozy in front of the gas fireplace and watch a DVD on the flatscreen cable TV, or play games on the Xbox 360. Netflix streaming is also available with complimentary WiFi.

You'll have no problem cooking amazing dishes in the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with all you need, plus extras like a waffle iron, mixer, blender, coffeemaker, and dishwasher for convenience. Six will fit easily around the dining table for a pleasant meal together (though it won't be hard to fit one more). You can even play music on the stereo for ambiance.

This house is perfect for a family or a group of friends - head to the sand for a relaxing walk along the surf, comb the beach for seashells, and maybe have a sandcastle-building competition - winner buys ice cream! For a memorable afternoon for small children, visit the Seaside Aquarium, where you can feed fish to the seals and see all sorts of beautiful marine life while learning about it.

Make your way to Broadway Street, where you'll find plenty of cafés and eateries, art galleries, a full-block arcade, and more. The whole family can enjoy a round of mini-golf and bumper cars, and more fun awaits in the Carousel Mall, where you can try on goofy hats in the hat shop and find all sorts of games in the toy shop.
