To the right a king bedroom with a private balcony and sliding barn door that opens to the great room. A bunk ladder ascends to an upper loft with a queen bed. A shared, outdoor deck provides stunning water views and connects the loft bedrooms on either end of the home. These spaces feature a regular bed with twin trundle on the lower loft and a twin with twin trundle on the upper loft. A full bathroom and a half-bath/laundry room are also located on this floor.

The lower, main living level is a great central gathering place, with a gourmet island kitchen and an eight-seater dining table. This floor features two bedrooms. A primary bedroom comes equipped with a king bed and an attached full bath. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed and access to a shared, full bath.
