Remodeled both inside and out and sitting on a near acre of private, tree-lined land, this adorable vacation rental features warm wood accents throughout, a cozy electric fireplace, a well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a table for six, a cozy living area with comfortable furniture, lake views, and a wall-mounted, flatscreen TV for streaming all your favorite channels, and a furnished, covered back deck with a gas grill all ready for summertime cookouts. Additional outdoor amenities include a firepit, a 32-foot dock, and 100 feet of private frontage on 440-acre Pioneer Lake. There are even snowmobile trails over the lake in the winter, great for ice fishing! All of this is less than a 15min. drive from downtown Eagle River for additional entertainment.

Cozy and clean lake cabin with easy access to the lake. Well kept and clean with modern appliances to cook great meals for friends and family! Beds are really comfortable for a great nights sleep and furniture is comfy cozy to relax around watch TV on rainy or wintery days. Definitely coming back here again. Amazing!

When we first entered the cabin it was obvious that a lot of care was taken in the modeling of the cabin as well as in the cleanliness of the property. We spent much of our time relaxing to the silence of the area and gazing upon the water. It was the nicest place we have ever stayed a week at.

Open View of lake is nice. Private dock is a big plus. House was clean and beds and living room furniture were very comfy. It actually was larger than I had anticipated from pictures. I appreciated large selection of pillows to choose from and lots of comfy blankets for chilly evenings. Fire pit was another huge plus. Just wish the view was more open from the fire pit area so we could see the lake better. You could see it though the trees. Kitchen is well stocked with all cooking utensils including crockpot . It needs to be noted that there are zero condiments not even salt or pepper so be sure to take EVERYTHING you need to prepare meals. Also you can’t swim off this dock because it’s solid under water weeds just 2 feet from the shoreline. That was a disappointment ,but if you just want a dock to park your boat or to relax and sip your morning coffee this was a perfect location. We saw bald eagles and loons every morning and beautiful sunsets at night. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is considering it.

We were looking for a scenic, peaceful spot to spend a few days away from home. This property has everything we needed to enjoy our stay! The lake is beautiful and the cottage was well renovated and super cute. We plan on visiting again next summer!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this super clean and comfortable home. Great fishing from the peer and close to attractions. It was a little cooler than we expected so we didn’t have an opportunity to use the kayaks or swim. We will be back!
